The Printer Low-Ink Callback Event pushes the low-ink status information to the third-party platform in real time, so the third party can replenish ink promptly and ensure sufficient ink for orders to print smoothly.

Note: When the ink level drops below 30%, the low-ink status starts reporting; above 30% it reports sufficient.

Interface Information

Parameter Value Description
IP 192.169.127.11 Use the corresponding IP within the LAN
Port 63333 Fixed port
Connection TCP Uses a TCP long connection
Encoding UTF-8 All sent and received data use UTF-8 encoding
Data format JSON Both sending and receiving use JSON format

Note (source discrepancy preserved): This document records the IP as 192.169.127.11, whereas all other interfaces use 192.168.127.11. The original source does not explain the reason; preserved verbatim here. Confirm the correct LAN IP with Ruifengcai technical support before deployment.

Callback Example

{"event":"05","code":"0","msg":"insufficient ink","data":"101011","notice_time":"2022-07-19 17:08:30"}

Return Result

Parameter Example Type Description
event 05 string 05 = printer low-ink callback event (initiated proactively by the server)
code 0 string Ink status: 0 = sufficient, 1 = insufficient
msg insufficient ink string Displays different status per ink level: 0 sufficient, 1 insufficient
data 101011 string A 6-bit string representing CMYK + white ink + varnish; a 1 at a position means that ink is low
notice_time 2022-07-19 17:08:30 string Notification time

Note (source clarification preserved): This interface's code field uses the semantics 0 = sufficient / 1 = insufficient, which is the reverse of the common convention (0 = success / 1 = failure) used by the other interfaces. Pay special attention to this when parsing.

Decoding the data field: The 6-bit string maps to ink channels in order — C, M, Y, K, white ink, varnish. A 1 means that channel is low. Example 101011 → C=low, M=ok, Y=low, K=ok, white=low, varnish=low.
