Translated from the Chinese ColorPark Open Platform documentation (updated 2026-09-22). Terminology follows the UV cloud-printing / self-service-kiosk interface domain.

The Alert Status Callback is used to report device alert information to the third-party platform in real time, so the third party can respond promptly with a solution.

Notes:

  • After an error alert occurs, the machine can still continue printing — but please observe the error item and take action in time. If it affects normal printing, contact a technician to troubleshoot.
  • Supported models: 3-channel self-service kiosks whose in/out-feed (loading/unloading) hardware uses our company's machine. These can use faults and alert states such as loading/unloading, infrared, and out-of-stock. Hardware that does not use our company's in/out-feed structure is not applicable to those states and can only use printer-related states: print fault, print communication fault, waste-ink alarm, system fault, etc.
  • Alert states do not need to be dismissed/cleared.

Interface Information

Parameter Value Description
IP 192.168.127.11 Use the corresponding IP within the LAN
Port 63333 Fixed port
Connection TCP Uses a TCP long-connection mode
Encoding UTF-8 All transmitted/received data uses UTF-8 encoding
Data format JSON Both sending and receiving use JSON format

Callback Example

{"event":"018","status":"43","msg":"Printer busy","notice_time":"2026-05-15 12:00:00"}

Return Result

Parameter Value (example) Type Description
event 018 string Alert status callback event
status 43 string Alert status code; see the "Error Codes" table below
msg Printer busy string Alert message
notice_time 2026/5/15 12:00:00 string Status feedback time, format yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss

Error Codes

Code Description
41 System error — a minor error occurred in the TCP print service software, but it does not affect the execution of the current print order.
42 Printer status abnormal — the printer status cannot be queried temporarily, or there is a temporary communication disconnect. The system will retry communication multiple times; if normal communication cannot be restored within a short period (~15 seconds), a communication fault is reported.
43 Printer busy — the printer device is busy performing another action, e.g. cleaning, idle-spray (flash spray), printing, resetting, initializing, or other machine-busy states.
44 Printer alert — a general/other alert state not covered by a specific code; not described in detail.
45 Printer cancelled — the order was placed and sent to the print software, but was manually cancelled by someone during the process.
46 Paused during printing — the order was placed and sent to the print software, but was manually paused by someone during the process.
47 Print command send error — when sending the image to the print software for printing, the send failed due to communication fluctuation or fault. The system retries multiple times; if it cannot send, a communication fault is reported.
48 Printer Y-axis not reset — the previous order may have finished printing but the reset was incomplete and is still in progress. Please wait; if it cannot reset, a reset fault is reported.
49 Print flow not finished normally or printer not ready — a print command cannot be requested at this time. Wait until the previous print flow ends or the printer becomes ready before entering the next print flow.
50 Current channel 1/2/3 out of stock — the channel about to be fed for printing reports out of stock and there will be no material to print. Please judge the out-of-stock state of all channels yourself and control the ordering flow.
51 Current channel 1/2/3 low-stock warning — the current order will finish printing, but the next order cannot print on this channel. Please restock promptly.
52 Communication disconnected, retrying multiple communication requests — if normal communication cannot be restored within a short period (~15 seconds), a communication fault is reported.
53 Ink low alert — when ink level drops below 30% a low-ink alert is reported; above 30% is the full-ink state. An exact ink amount cannot be given (hardware does not support it).
54 System stopped — the system has stopped running and will not print. This may occur due to manual stop or manual device maintenance.
40 Other alert — other alert states not given a specific code.
