Translated from the Chinese ColorPark Open Platform documentation (updated 2026-09-22). Terminology follows the UV cloud-printing / self-service-kiosk interface domain.

The Fault Status Callback is used to report device fault/warning information to the third-party platform in real time, so the third party can respond promptly with a solution.

Notes:

  • After a fault alarm occurs, the machine cannot continue printing and cannot accept new orders. The fault must be resolved and repaired first before ordering and printing can resume.
  • Supported models: 3-channel self-service kiosks whose in/out-feed (loading/unloading) hardware uses our company's machine. These can use faults and alert states such as loading/unloading, infrared, and out-of-stock. Hardware that does not use our company's in/out-feed structure is not applicable to those states and can only use printer-related states: print fault, print communication fault, waste-ink alarm, system fault, etc.
  • Fault states MUST be cleared: send the clear-fault event {"event":"020"}; the server returns {"event":"020","code":"0","msg":"Success"}. After the fault is cleared, the queried device status becomes "ready" and orders can be placed and printed.

Interface Information

Parameter Value Description
IP 192.168.127.11 Use the corresponding IP within the LAN
Port 63333 Fixed port
Connection TCP Uses a TCP long-connection mode
Encoding UTF-8 All transmitted/received data uses UTF-8 encoding
Data format JSON Both sending and receiving use JSON format

Callback Example

{"event":"019","status":"43","msg":"Printer communication fault","notice_time":"2026-05-15 12:00:00"}

Return Result

Parameter Value (example) Type Description
event 019 string Fault status callback event
status 43 string Fault status code; see the "Error Codes" table below
msg Printing completed string Fault message
notice_time 2026/5/15 12:00:00 string Status feedback time, format yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss

Note (flagged in source): the msg value Printing completed in the return-result example does not match the fault context (it appears to be a copy-paste from another document). It is preserved verbatim as shown.

Error Codes

Code Description
41 System fault — an exception error occurred in the TCP printer service software; this exception affects the execution of the print flow.
42 Machine fault — a fault in the print machine (including the printer and the loading/unloading hardware) that affects normal loading/unloading and inkjet; normal printing cannot proceed and printing stops.
43 Printer communication fault — cannot communicate with the printer normally; printing stops and cannot print.
44 Serial communication fault — loading/unloading uses serial communication; after a fault is reported, loading/unloading cannot execute and printing stops.
45 Printer Y-axis cannot reset — printing stops.
46 Machine loading (feeding) fault — cannot load material to print; printing stops.
47 Machine unloading (dispensing) fault — cannot dispense normally; printing stops.
48 Dispensing mechanism homing fault — after printing completes, the material is pushed out but cannot auto-return to the origin; for safety, stop printing immediately.
49 Infrared alarm — during loading/unloading, material blocks the infrared beam; for safety, stop printing immediately.
50 Printer print fault — during printing, hardware or internal-software exception prevents continuation; printing stops.
51 Waste-ink alarm — waste ink is full; stop printing immediately, otherwise ink will spill.
40 Other fault — other fault states not given a specific code; also requires stopping printing and checking/recovering.
